Use this page when you want a urological opinion that may include discussion of focal prostate therapy, renal masses or other conditions listed on this site. Urgent referrals should be phoned through.

What to include

  • Reason for referral and specific clinical question.
  • Relevant imaging reports and access to images (link, PACS details or disc).
  • Pathology, PSA history, renal function and full medication list.
  • Preferred consulting location and interpreter needs if any.

Urgent urological referrals

Phone the rooms for suspected obstructive urosepsis, gross haematuria with clots, or rapid renal failure where a stone may be the cause. Send true emergencies to the nearest emergency department.
